Following our initial meeting, a discussion of the project and mutual agreement of my taking on the project, the following terms and conditions will apply:

​

  • All cost and fees will include time for research related to the project, given by the client or done myself.
  • Up to two revisions or rough drafts will be completed free of charge. Any additional revisions on the project will require an extra fee in addition to the agreed upon flat rate given.
  • Two methods of invoicing will be at your disposal. (1) Invoice me in two installments. 50% of the total project fee is invoiced now . The remaining balance will be invoiced upon project completion or 30 days from project start date (whichever comes first) and is payable net 15 days. Work for this project begins upon my receipt of the initial deposit check. (2) Invoice me once. 100% of the Total Project Fees amount is invoiced now, payable in 30 days.
  • If, for whatever reason, you, the client, decide not to continue with the project after I have started or have completed the first rough draft, the 50% percent project fee or half of the total cost is non refundable.
